Vaccine Policy

Effective July 1, 2019

We believe immunizations are essential for a growing child and are one of the most important services we can provide to prevent illness and life-threatening disease.

Our clinic follows the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for immunizations.

We do not accept non-vaccinated and non-vaccinating patients into the practice without a medical exemption. True medical exemptions are not common.

We ask all of our currently non-vaccinated patients and those behind schedule to discuss your concerns with us. We encourage these families to begin to implement the CDC vaccine catch up schedule.

If you ultimately refuse to vaccinate your child(ren) according to the recommended schedule, we will ask you to find another provider who shares your view.
